Welcome to the Conair Remote Assistance tool. This system will allow one of our Conair Support Representatives to view your desktop, share control of your mouse and keyboard and further assist you in reaching a resolution to your request for assistance.
Step 1:   Enter your name in the field labeled Your Name.

Step 2:   Enter the code provided to you by your support representative in the Support Code field.

Step 3:   Click on the button labeled Click Here to continue.

Step 4:   You will be prompted to download a small, virus-free plugin to your computer. This will allow Support to connect remotely to your system.
